Foureyes Integration Details by CRM

Foureyes integrates directly with your CRM to get the most up-to-date information on your sales process possible.

In general, the integration has two parts:

  • Each night, we collect all new leads and all new sales (via DMS - Sold)

  • Once they have been collected, we look up their opportunity every single night and update it with new activity

Integration Details by CRM:

Elead:

  • CDK + Foureyes have a partnership where customers with activity in the last seven days are added to an authorized data share, as well as all sold customers.

  • How to verify: look at the "Source and Sub-Source Performance" report and compare to Monthly Store Performance

Vinsolutions

  • Customers are pulled nightly from the Desk Log. Sales are pulled nightly from the Sold Log.

  • How to verify: look at the "Lead Source ROI" report and compare to Monthly Store Performance

DealerSocket

  • Customers and Sales are pulled from the Sales Tracking Report.

  • How to verify: look at the "Marketing Source Performance" report and compare counts to Monthly Store Performance.

DriveCentric:

  • New leads are found using the Mining report found by clicking the magnifying glass in the upper left menu. Sales are found via the Leads report found by clicking the cross hair in the upper left menu.

  • How to verify: leverage the "Mining" tab to match up customers by source and source type.
