What does the "Bad/NCI" toggle mean?

Use this to help control what leads count!

While most reporting will include "Bad" leads by default, it can be helpful to exclude those when pulling certain metrics. That's why we built our Exclude Bad/NCI Leads toggle!

How it works:

By default, the toggle is set to include all leads. However, when this toggle is set to "True", the report will only include customers that don't match the "Bad/NCI" status rule. When it's set to "False", the report will only include customers that do match the "Bad/NCI" status match.

What is a "Bad" or "NCI" lead?

The goal of this filter is to be able to control whether you want leads not considered "valid" to be factored into your metrics. This filter looks specifically at opportunity status, and asks if the status in the CRM matches exactly any of these values:

  • "Bad"

  • "NCI"

Note: This filter currently only applies for customers on Vinsolutions CRM.
