Does Foureyes integrate with CDK CRM via Fortellis?
Yes! We use Fortellis to push Prospect Engagement notes into the CRM.
Once a dealership 'subscribes' to our app, we get a subscription id that we input into Foureyes and then we can write notes back to those customer records.
Here are the instructions to activate Foureyes in Fortellis:
Click "Activate"
It will then prompt you to login through ConnectCDK, so use the same login you would otherwise use, and then click through which dealerships you want Foureyes to access (if you have access to more than one).If you have any issues getting logged in, call the Fortellis help line (Fortellis Support Phone Number: 866-668-5394 Option 8 )
