What is changed in the crm when consent is recorded?

Foureyes automatically updates consent changes in your CRM through the Consent Writing feature.

How these updates are recorded depends on the CRM platform, communication channel (email, text, phone, mail), and message type (marketing vs. transactional).

Use the tables below to see exactly which CRM field is updated for each channel and communication type.

For example, if a subscriber opts out of Prospect Engagement emails, which are marketing emails, the “Email Consent” field in Reynolds & Reynolds is updated.
