Foureyes prospect engagement emails are designed to drive leads back to your website, but contacts can (and sometimes do!) respond to these emails.
Responses are forwarded to your dealership (in addition to our team). During onboarding, you will choose the email alias that responses are forwarded to. What to do when you receive a response is pretty simple:
If the email response is related to inventory: Respond and go close the deal!
Unsubscribe or unrelated emails: We’ll see it and we’ll take care of it.
