Foureyes Prospect Engagement emails are designed to drive leads back to your website, but contacts can (and sometimes do!) respond to these emails.
Responses are forwarded to your dealership. During onboarding, you will choose the email alias that responses are forwarded to. When you get a response, you can either reply to it directly, or forward it to the relevant salesperson and have them handle it from there.
