There are two main types of read requests Foureyes makes to a Dealer's CRM:
1. Prospect lookup. For a given email address or phone number, all prospect matches existent in the CRM with the following details:
- Unique ID of prospect
- Name (first/last)
- Email addresses (all)
- Phone numbers (all)
- Assigned salesperson name (first/last)
- Current opportunity info
2. Sold customers report. For a given date range, all sold customers with the following details:
- Unique ID of prospect
- Datetime of sale
- Source
- Credited salesperson name (first/last)
- Sold vehicle info
- Vin number
- Stock number
- Year/Make/Model
- Condition
