There are two main types of read requests Foureyes makes to a Dealer's CRM:
1. Prospect lookup. For a given email address or phone number, all prospect matches existent in the CRM with the following details:
Unique ID of prospect
Name (first/last)
Email addresses (all)
Phone numbers (all)
Assigned salesperson name (first/last)
Current opportunity info
2. Sold customers report. For a given date range, all sold customers with the following details:
Unique ID of prospect
Datetime of sale
Source
Credited salesperson name (first/last)
Sold vehicle info
Vin number
Stock number
Year/Make/Model
