The ultimate goal of Foureyes Prospect Engagement is to help your dealership sell more cars. Our Email Reporting Dashboard shows you the impact and effectiveness of Foureyes emails in two sections, Subscribers and Email.

With these 2 views you can visualize not only traditional email campaign performance (Email), but how people are engaging with your emails and your website overtime (Subscribers.

*This page can only be accessed by Sales Manager user types.

Subscribers

This section highlights how your inventory is getting in front of real prospects with no effort from you or your sales team.

Who’s interacting with your emails?

Here you can see how many people are receiving, opening and clicking the emails. The graph shows active subscribers eligible to receive an email.

Please note: The default date range is the last two weeks. This can be adjusted by clicking on the date range in the top right corner of your screen.

What did the people do after clicking?

When we talk about email clicks, we’re saying website visits. This shows the breakdown of total visits, page views and time on site created by Foureyes emails.

You can also see the traffic generated on your end in Google Analytics, here’s how.

Can you show me the car facts?

View what those people are doing once they get to your site. Here you can see how the email recommendations are driving prospects back to your inventory.

Are my emails generating interest over time?

This section shows how many of your prospects are still opening and clicking emails 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, and 28 days after after becoming a lead.

Did you know subscribers purchased from you?

Here you can see the number and names of sold customers, the vehicle they purchased, total emails sent, opens and clicks. With this data you can choose your own attribution model to see the sold leads Foureyes has assisted with. This sold data is obtained from your dealership’s DMS sold data reporting in your CRM.

Please note: DMS data may be under-reported in your CRM.

Email

Click the sliding tab at the top of your dashboard to view your traditional email stats overall and by email type. The graph shows emails sent each day overtime and is broken down by email type.
