Steps to filter your leads and prospects

Filter your leads and prospects to report, audit and target based on your business goals.

How to filter leads

In the Omni-tracking module, you can filter your leads by:

Lead type: Call, form, chat

How did the prospect contact you?

Lead channel: Direct, organic, paid, referral, social

How did they get to your website when they converted?

CRM status: Active, bad, lost, sold (filter options are dependent on your specific CRM statuses)

Where are they in the sales funnel?

CRM owner (filter options are dependent on salespeople assigned to leads in your CRM)

Who is working the lead?

Domain: websites Foureyes is tracking for you (if you only have one website, this filter will be hidden)

Where was this lead generated?

To filter your leads, click the Add Filters button below the search bar and a shelf will open with all the filters. Select your options and click Save Filter Selections to view results.

How to filter prospects

In the Sales Enablement module, you can filter your leads by:

Lead type: Call, form, chat (a prospect qualifies for this filter if they have ever contacted you with this method)

How has the prospect contacted you?

CRM status: Active, bad, lost, sold (filter options are dependent on your specific CRM statuses)

Where are they in the sales funnel?

CRM owner (filter options are dependent on salespeople assigned to leads in your CRM)

Who is working the lead?

Interests

Automotive: Cash deal, Finance, Lease, Trade-in, Service, Parts, Body Shop

Capital Equipment: Fleet, Warehouse, Service, Parts, Rental, Used, New, Robotics

Senior Living: Independent Living, Senior Apartments 55+, Personal Care, Short Stays, Assisted Living

What is the prospect interested in based on pageviews?

  • Pro tip - Select the All visitors segment to filter for prospects who are in the sales pipeline or may have purchased from you in the past but are now looking for service on your website.

Last visit channel: Direct, organic, paid, referral, social

How did they get to your website on the most recent visit?

Last lead action domain: websites Foureyes is tracking for you (if you only have one website, this filter will be hidden)

Where was their most recent lead actions generated?

To filter your prospects, click the Add Filters button below the search bar and a shelf will open with all the filters. Select your options and click Save Filter Selections to view results.
