As of June 5, 2023 Foureyes will require that all users set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) in compliance with the FTC Safeguards Rule.
When you arrive on the Foureyes login page, you will be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication. Click 'Continue' to proceed with set-up.
Step-by-Step Guide to Set-Up
1. Select an authentication method
First, choose between the two methods of authentication:
Text Message - If you select this option, you will receive a text message with an access code in order to log into Foureyes
Authenticator App - If you select this option, you will need to download an authenticator app to your mobile device and use an access code generated through that app to log into Foureyes
2a. Set up text message authentication
Enter a Phone Number
If you select text authentication, Foureyes will prompt you to enter the phone number you want to use to receive access codes. | |
Receive an Access Code
Once you enter your phone number, you will receive a 6-digit access code via text message. | |
Enter the Code
Enter this code into the Foureyes interface and click 'Continue' |
You are now set up! From now on, you will receive and enter a new access code each time you log in.
2b. Set up an Authenticator App
Download an Authenticator App
If you select the Authenticator App option, Foureyes will prompt you to download an authenticator app from the app store on your mobile device. |

Connect Foureyes to Your Authenticator App
Once you do so, connect Foureyes to your authenticator app by scanning the QR code provided by Foureyes or entering the Key.
Then, click 'Continue'. | |
Enter the Code
Your authenticator app will provide you with an access code for Foureyes. Enter the access code into Foureyes to access your account. |
You are now set up! From now on, you will enter a new access code from the app each time you log in.
