Access your CRM leads through the Elead Outage Report

Visibility into the last 30 days of leads prior to the outage

Foureyes has created a custom report for Elead dealers impacted by the current CDK outage to have access to their leads, from Elead, 30 days prior to the outage. This report can be available to all dealers that had UDP Data Collection active prior to June 19, 2024.

Below are step-by-step instructions on how to access the report and leverage it to manage your leads.

Report Access

From your Foureyes account navigate to the Unified Data Platform icon on the left hand side and select the Elead Outage Report:

If you have access to more than one Foureyes account and want to only view a specific location you will also need to select a location from the Location drop-down at the top of the report.

Report Usage

Filter by Source Type or Opportunity Type

You can use the filters at the top of the report to filter to leads of a specific Source or Opportunity type:

  1. Click the drop-down under Source Type or Opportunity Type

  2. De-select All and select from the available options (you can select multiple)

Export to CSV

To export the report to csv and further manipulate the data or add additional columns to track notes follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to the very bottom of the report window

2. In the bottom right hand corner of the window, select the export icon and then select the Crosstab option

3. Select CSV as the format and click Download
