At the most basic level, a feed is a task that routinely takes data and sends it to a destination.
Inventory Feeds
The primary "feed" type that most customers use is an dealer inventory data formatted specifically for different platforms like Facebook or Google VLA.
These inventory feeds are served up as a URL that hosts a .csv file. These URLs are commonly used as “data sources” for other platforms.
Feeds List
To manage your feeds, you will use the Feeds page:
For each feed, you can see the name, the dealer(s), the destination, and the template. You can also see the Last Sync date (the last time the data was refreshed), as well as a set of actions:
If you click Edit (pencil icon), you will navigate to the Configure Feed page.
Most of the elements from the list page are here and you can change them. But there are also some added features! Including:
Add Columns
You can apply static values as a column and value key pair that will show up in the feed
Add Filters
These constrain the data in the feed. See here for details on filters.
