When creating a feed, you'll see a variety of filters that help you control what data points are included.

Inventory Filters

At launch, the following fields are available as filters:

  • Condition

    • Limit to only new or used vehicles

  • Aged Inventory

    • Limit to vehicles that have been on the site for X days

    • Input the minimum age of vehicle you want included in the feed.

  • Price

    • Select from "greater than", "less than", or "equal to"

    • Input a value that you want to filter by

  • Price Drop

    • Limit to vehicles that have had a recent price drop of XX dollars

    • input the amount of the price drop you want to filter by.

  • On Lot Status

    • Allows you to filter out in transit vehicles

    • Select "Yes" to only include vehicles on lot, or "No" for only dealers not on lot.

  • Show Only Vehicles At Selected Location(s)

    • Allows you to filter out cross posted inventory

    • Select "Yes" to only include vehicles located at the relevant dealership, or "No" for only vehicles not located at the relevant dealership

  • Image Type

    • Limit to vehicles that have Custom, Stock, or Placeholder images

From there, you can multi select filters for the following attributes:

  • Year

  • Make

  • Model

  • Trim

  • Location

  • Fuel Type

  • Drive Train

  • Exterior Color

  • VIN

Include/Exclude

For any data point, you can set filters for the feed to "Include" that data point or "Exclude" that data point.

This means that you can create a feed for only Toyota Corolla VINs, but not 2023 or 2024 models.

Filter Groups

Sometimes, one set of filters per feed isn't enough. So now you can "group" filters to certain filters are applied only to certain data sets.

How they work:

  • Any data that matches any filter group condition will be included in the feed.

  • If two filter groups contradict each other, it may result in 0 results being included (i.e. Filter Group 1 is "only include vehicles > $40,000 in MSRP" and Filter Group 2 is "exclude vehicles > $40,000 in MSRP).
