There are two main types of read requests Foureyes makes to a Dealer's CRM:

1. Prospect lookup. For a given email address or phone number, all prospect matches existent in the CRM with the following details:

  • Unique ID of prospect
  • Name (first/last)
  • Email addresses (all)
  • Phone numbers (all)
  • Assigned salesperson name (first/last)
  • Current opportunity info

2. Sold customers report. For a given date range, all sold customers with the following details:

  • Unique ID of prospect
  • Datetime of sale
  • Source
  • Credited salesperson name (first/last)
  • Sold vehicle info
  • Vin number
  • Stock number
  • Year/Make/Model
  • Condition
