The Profile Page
Use the Profile Page to dig deeper into each prospect's complete shopping history. Our unique integration with your CRM will track how your correspondence with the prospect is influencing their return to your website or showroom.
Each Profile Page is organized into the following sections:
- Summary featuring prospect's name and contact information
- Prospect History containing most recent lead action, shopping activity and CRM entries
- Shopping Activity including a breakdown of % new vs used, total number of VDP views, number of unique vehicles viewed, and number of total vehicles viewed
- Lead Actions and corresponding analyst summaries.
- Search History containing a summary of all search terms and the number of times each term was used used
- Timeline showing prospect's detailed browsing activity with CRM activity chronologically interspersed
The Profile Page provides valuable insight into your prospect’s buying intent, where they are in the buying cycle, and the depth and duration of their online shopping. This information will allow you to tailor your outreach to your prospect's specific interests and help close the sale.
