Tap measures traffic quality by looking at the percentage of Quality Sales Prospects against the overall unique lead actions taken on your website.
Tap measures Process Quality by looking at the percentage of your Quality Sales Prospects that have gone Unlogged, Missed, or Flagged for no recorded follow-up.
(Recovered, Missed, Flagged QSPs / New QSPs)
Process Quality is intended to measure how healthy your dealership's process is. The higher the percentage, the better you are processing your website leads.
