Foureyes measures Process Quality by looking at the percentage of your Quality Sales Prospects that have gone Unlogged, Missed, or Flagged for no recorded follow-up.

Process Quality is intended to measure how healthy your dealership's process is. The higher the percentage, the better you are processing your website leads.
