When Tap cannot match a prospect it is tracking with an existing lead in your CRM, we will recover the lead by sending it in as an internet lead sourced as 'Foureyes'.
How to make it work for you:
When you see a lead in your CRM from Foureyes Tap, read the note to understand the situation and formulate an appropriate response when contacting the prospect (e.g. call was missed, prospect is an upsell). Different scenarios call for different talk tracks.
