How can you use these insights in a follow-up call or email?
In our example above, we looked at a lead’s shopping activity and compared her most viewed vehicle to her last viewed vehicle. We know they’re both in her budget and in her favorite color because of her search history. Finally, we were able to talk about the handling and safety features, thanks to a summary of her last phone call. As always, finish your follow-up by inviting your prospect for a test drive.
