Sales managers and salespeople have the option to export prospect data to a csv from the Prospect List in Tap.
Tip: Use the exported data to analyze, merge, or manipulate the data in a way that works for your dealership’s unique sales process.
To export, navigate to the top right corner of the Prospect List and click the button [Export List].

The CSV only includes the full list of prospects as shown at the time of export. To customize the list of prospects before exporting:
- Filter your Prospect List using the options in the side panel
- Access a specific list from Business Intelligence (e.g. new Qualified Sales Prospects (QSPs).
The list will export via direct download. If the list exceeds 2,500 prospects, you will receive an email with the CSV file attached instead of a direct download. This may take up to 10 minutes to process and send.

The following data is included in the exported list of prospects:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Most viewed vehicle
- Last viewed vehicle
- Last lead action
- Last web visit
- Last CRM activity
- Profile Page link
- List details (e.g. Prospect List from <timestamp> or Active QSPs from 05/30/2019 – 06/12/2019)
