See only your team’s prospects
Save yourself from unnecessary scrolling by filtering out the prospects not assigned to your team. Just click the Salesperson filter, then select “Following”.

Quickly review paused prospects for buyers
Paused prospects often return to your website to shop for a family member--when you’re searching for a deal to close out the month simply filter your Prospect List by Paused Prospects (found in the lower left of the Prospect List) to review buyers that have potential to be back in the market.
When a prospect is paused they will not be published to your Coffee Report and Notifications will not be sent, for that reason we recommend only pausing prospects for a month after their initial purchase.
Why did we do this? To give you greater visibility into the prospects that you or your team paused.

Make sure your hottest sales prospects are being worked by adding your new team members to Foureyes Tap! Simply click the name of your new team member on the Prospect List, and invite them to Tap from the team management page.

Save time assigning prospects with the “Assign Prospect" CRM link
Click right through to your prospect’s CRM profile to assign a salesperson from your Prospect List. This will ensure your team is receiving notifications to follow up -- no more digging through your CRM! The new assignment will reflect in Tap the following morning.
