Steps to invite/add a new User
1. Click the settings gear in the navigation bar.
2. Once in your user list, simply click 'invite new user' and input the user's name, email address, and level of access. (See below for explanation of access levels)
3. The invited salesperson will receive a Welcome email prompting them to set their password. They will receive their first Morning Coffee Report the following day.
Note on User Types:
Salesperson User Type
The salesperson user type can see only their own Prospect List and Prospect Details Pages. Only prospects assigned to that salesperson will be visible.
Admin User Type
The admin user type can see all available views, including the Prospect List for the dealership, Prospect Details Pages, Business Intelligence, and Salesperson Activity Reporting. The admin can invite and remove users, as well as change account settings.
