How to handle: Quickly identify which “lost” prospects are still shopping and looking to purchase a vehicle. Reach out before these prospects start shopping elsewhere!

What to say: "Hi there, I know you had mentioned you weren't ready to purchase a vehicle just yet--however, I just wanted to let you know that we do have some specials going on right now and we'd love to get you in for a test drive!"

What NOT to say: "Hi there, we saw that you were back online looking at the vehicles you told us you weren't ready to buy. Are you still interested?"
