A hidden visitor is a visitor that your dealership has determined should not be contacted in follow-up forever. When a visitor is listed as hidden, Foureyes will stop including them in any visitor lists and notifications, and they will be added to the hidden list in your Sales Enablement navigation.

If you need to show a hidden visitor and add it back to your visitor lists and notifications, you can hover over a hidden visitor in your hidden list and click ‘Show.’ The visitor will then be removed from the hidden list and added to other segments.

Note: While a visitor is hidden, Foureyes will continue to track the visitor’s web activity which you can see in their Profile page.
