Why does my store have a 0% 24-hour Follow Up rate?

Occasionally, we will see a store with no 24-Hour Follow Up Rate in Sales Enablement reporting.

24-hour follow up rate is based on CRM Activity with 24 hours of a sent return notification, which means that we need someone receiving return notifications!

Usually when a store has a 0% 24-hour Follow Up Rate, it is because either:

  • No Sales Manager is set up to receive Unassigned notifications

  • No Salespeople are set up as users

To rectify this, just enable Unassigned notifications or add salespeople to receive notifications!
