Steps to invite a new user to Foureyes:

  1. Click on the Settings gear in the navigation bar to access your Account Settings.

  2. Click on the Users tab to access the Team Management page.

  3. On the Team Management page, click “Add User”

  4. Fill out the user’s email address and click "Next"

  5. Fill out the user's name, user type, and phone number (if desired) and click "Add"

  6. The invited user will receive an email welcoming them to Foureyes!

Which user type should I choose?

When you’re adding new users to your account, there are 3 possible user types, with varying access levels.

Sales Manager User Type

  • Sales Manager users can see all available pages in Foureyes, including Account Settings, Team Management, and Reporting pages.

  • Sales Manager users have access to all Foureyes prospects, regardless of assignment in your CRM.

  • Sales Manager users have permission to invite and remove other users, and they can update settings at the account level.

BDC User Type

  • BDC users can see the Sales Enablement Visitors List, Prospect Profile Pages, and Reporting pages.

  • BDC users have access to all Foureyes prospects, regardless of assignment in your CRM.

Salesperson User Type

  • Salesperson users can only see see their own Sales Enablement Visitors List and Prospect Profile Pages.

  • Salesperson users only have access to Foureyes prospects assigned to them in your CRM.
