The Coffee Report

Every morning you will receive a prioritized list, via email, of quality prospects Foureyes is tracking that need your team's attention today. This is your Coffee Report.

The report consists of prospects shopping your website in the last 24 hours. Each prospect on your list will contain the following information:

  • Contact information
  • Shopping activity
  • Follow-up recorded in your CRM
  • Salesperson assigned to each prospect

For Managers, your report will also include the following:

  • A summary table that shows how many prospects are assigned to each salesperson, as well as prospects that have not received follow up.
  • Links to pre-filtered versions of your Prospect List so you can quickly access the information you need to organize your team's outreach.
  • For every prospect on the list, you can click through to access their Profile Page for further insight into their shopping activity and specific vehicle interests.

For Salespeople, your report will also include the following:

  • Recent and popular vehicles your prospect has been viewing on your website.
  • For every prospect on the list, you will see an option to 'View Activity'. Click through to access their Profile Page.
  • Pause functionality--if you know that a prospect is not ready to purchase a vehicle, consolidate your list by 'pausing' this prospect until you're ready to reach back out.
